My wife and I would like to thank you once again for representing us so well in finding and closing our new home in Round Rock.  You diligently searched through the multiple listings to screen out houses that would be of no interest and were very generous in giving your time to shepherd us around to the various houses and neighborhoods.  Being new to the area we would have been very lost without your guidance.  But finding the house was only the beginning.  You really helped in getting us through the closing with a seller who was next to impossible to deal with.  Your efforts, initiative, and work in our behalf were exemplary.  We cannot thank you enough.

Hooray for Brian!

I have got to tell you that it has been a fabulous experience working with Brian.  He is a Realtor extraordinaire.

It began with a phone call to ask if he knew any investors to buy my distressed house in Austin.  Brian came out that afternoon and recommended that I disclose everything and put the house on the market for 30 days to see what happens.  I got 4 offers at asking price the first week.  Thanks to Brian's advise, I sold the house promptly and for much more  than I was offered from the "investors". 

Then I had to find a new place to live.  Brian shines again!  He interviewed me about what I was looking for.  He is very attentive and a great listener.  He took me house hunting.  To my surprise, most of what we saw was right up my alley.  He was very good about listening to my   comments about the houses I saw.  The next time we went looking, the houses were all satisfactory.  It was during the second excursion, I saw the house that I eventually bought.  We did however, go looking two more times just to make sure that was THE house.

Brian was great about explaining the rules, the laws, and procedures about selling and buying as well as cluing me in on the things to look for in dealing with sellers.  He carefully guided me throughout he selling and buying processes.  He was preemptive so there were no surprises or glitches.  He was very good about keeping me focused.  I truly believe that Brian saved me an enormous amount of money and prevented many headaches during the transition from one home to another.
